All dolls are handmade custom‑made items.

• Cancellation: Full refund within 48 hours after ordering. No cancellation once production starts.

• No refunds: No refund after you confirm all design details. Finished orders cannot be returned.

• Shipping: I have no control over third‑party logistics. No refund for shipping‑related issues. For risk concerns, you may pay extra for better shipping or shipping insurance.

• Damaged arrival: Send photos/videos within 48 hours upon receipt. Repair or partial compensation will be offered, full refund is unavailable.

• Minor handmade imperfections are expected and do not qualify for refunds.
